Kundalini Maha Yoga
Kundalini Maha Yoga is the science and technique to achieve complete bliss and absolute truth of the life. The principle on which it is based is very simple. In every human being there is a source of divine energy, called Kundalini in Sanskrit. It exists in two states one dormant and one awakened and active state. When it is dormant a person leads an unhappy and unfulfilled life. When the Kundalini is aroused and active, a person makes rapid progress on the path of spiritual evolution. The full potential of body and mind are realised.
Kundalini Shakti is the highest and rarest life giving universal energy is represented by a coiled snake in the lowest part of spinal column the seat of Mooladhar chakra. Generally the Kundalini Shakti remains dormant, until by specific techniques it is awakened and became active.
There are many ways in which the Kundalini energy can be awakened. Like
*Meditation
*Pranayama[Breathing Exercises]
*Mantrochar[Chanting of Mantras]
*Asanas and Mudras [Asanas are postures of Hatha yoga which are learnt and practiced,Mudras are movements of fingers and hands which communicate certain meaning]
*Shaktipat
The simplest and most direct ways in which Kundalini Shakti can be awakened is the process of Shaktipat. Shaktipat means the transmission or giving of energy .A powerful Yogi can transmit energy to disciple in any one of four ways: by touch, by gaze, by words or by thought. Only those Yogis who have complete control over prana, the energy of subtle body can perform Shaktipat.
Once the Kundalini is awakened, all the person needs to do is practice and regular Sadhana to raise the energy slowly but surely, along the spine from Muladhar to the Crown chakra.
As the Kundalini unfolds with regular practice the self realization is achieved. Enhancement of overall physical strength and energy, and keeping the body fit and healthy. A lot of healing is done. The person feels light and energetic. His mind becomes rested and peaceful. The disciple has full control over mind, becomes creative, develops a profound understanding of nature, and enjoys inner bliss. He becomes a strong and a complete person.
